Every modern AI tool comes with the same implicit deal: hand us your audio, your documents, your prompts, and your work product - and in exchange, you get convenience. The cloud is fast. The model is good. The pricing is "free" (until it isn't).
But the bytes you hand over don't come back. They become training data. They become retention logs. They become whatever the next acquisition decides they should be. And the "free" tier is only free because your data subsidizes someone else's training run.
We think productivity software can be fast, good, and fairly priced without that trade. So we're building it.
